Nov. 2009: Three Questions for Thiagi (YTTL)

"Dr. Sivasailam "Thiagi" Thiagarajan is the Resident Mad Scientist at The Thiagi Group, an organization with the mission of helping people improve their performance effectively and enjoyably...Thiagi has published 40 books, 120 games and simulations, and more than 200 articles. He wrote the definitive chapters on simulations and games for ISPI's Handbook of Human Performance Technology, ASTD's Training & Development Handbook, and the American Management Association's Human Resources Management and Development Handbook."

The following podcasts were recorded in preparation for the 2009 Your Turn to Learn.

Question 1: In this economic climate, how can FUN be maintained in the training function?

Question 2:  Have you seen the needs of training change over the past 30+ years, or do you feel that the basic elements have remained the same?

Question 3: Your presentation for YTTL is entitled "Breaking 11 Barriers."  What barriers do you feel need to be broken?
