Your Turn to Learn"Breaking Boundaries in Training and Development"
Wednesday November 4, 2009, 7:30am-6:00pm at Four Points by Sheraton
In our contemporary world, Workplace Learning and Performance experts absolutely must "break boundaries" to remain effective. Companies who invest in training and development today will be poised for the inevitable resurgence of our country's economy; smart businesses know that workplace learning is a key strategy for sustainability and building strength. An organization's commitment to training boosts morale, motivation, productivity, engagement, and commitment by showing employees that they are a valued resource. Additionally, a talent pool of well-trained employees is an advantage when competition cut education from their budgets. Do you have valuable insights? Submit a proposal to present!
